🛒 Ingredient notes

Beets – Raw beets are the star of the show, and We prefer to use all red beets to get that gorgeous vibrant rose-red color.

Carrots – Carrots are known for helping promote healthy vision. They're also full of calcium and vitamin K, which are both great for strengthening your bones.

Spinach – This superfood is packed with vitamins and minerals that are good for your immune system, bone health, and it's a source of high carotenoids that can flush out the free radicals from your body. You can substitute other leafy greens, like kale.

Apples – Use your favorite red apple or green apple in this recipe. According to Healthline, "Apples may lower your risk for cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. Research says apples may also help with weight loss, while improving your gut and brain health."

Ginger – We add minced or grated ginger into every smoothie and juice We make. Ginger is known to reduce inflammation, aid digestion, lower cholesterol, and helps with bloating, gas, and nausea.

Fresh juice and water– Fresh juices (use lemon juice or orange juice) add a little acidity to balance out the flavors, and some yummy vitamin C. Use as much water as you need to reach the desired juice consistency.

Optional: you can also add splash of apple cider vinegar for added health benefits and zing.
