❓Recipe FAQ

Can We substitute Greek yogurt for regular yogurt in a smoothie?

Greek yogurt tends to have a creamier texture than regular yogurt, so feel free to use that instead if you prefer a thicker smoothie.

This smoothie should stay fresh in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one day.

Can We freeze this smoothie for later?

Yes, they should keep for up to 3 months in an airtight container in the freezer.

How can We tell if a fresh mango is ripe?

A ripe mango should feel slightly soft when you hold it. If you press on it gently, the skin should give a little but not too much. If they're too soft, they're overripe. If they're too hard, they're not yet ripe enough.

👩🏽‍🍳 Tools and equipment

The most important piece of equipment you'll need to make smoothies is a blender.

We have this high-powered blender from Vitamix that We've been using for years and We love it.

This more basic blender isn't as high-powered, but it will still do a great job blending smoothies!
