🛒 Ingredient notes

You can whip up this high protein snack with simply a few simple ingredients.

  • Chocolate protein powder – Choose a high-quality brand for best flavor and texture. Look for one that blends well and isn't chalky. A whey isolate or plant-based blend with cocoa powder works great. This is the plant-based chocolate protein powder that We love and use every day.
  • Greek yogurt– Gives the mousse its thick, creamy, tangy base. We use a dairy-free Greek yogurt and it works like a dream as a dairy-free substitute!
  • Strawberries – Fresh, sweet, and perfect with chocolate
  • Oreos – Crushed on top for a crunchy, chocolatey finish. This is totally optional. You can also use a protein cookie for a healthier swap.
