What is fajita seasoning?

The term fajita means "little sash," and is a variation of the Spanish word faja, which means "belt, strip, or band." A fajita is basically any meat cut into strips, and usually served with strips of peppers and onions on a corn or flour tortilla.

Fajita seasoning is the traditional combination of spices that accompanies fajita meat.
