Spring and summer are some of the favorite times to entertain. Not only because the weather tends to be gorgeous outside, but also because the fresh produce is so colorful and amazing!
When planning spring menus, We know that deviled eggs are almost always on the table. But, let's be honest: deviled eggs can, quite frankly, be a bit of a pain sometimes. Oh, they are tasty!
But, they do take some time… You have to scoop out the yolk, whip together with other ingredients, then masterfully pipe into the egg white boats that hopefully didn't break while you were scooping out the yolks.
There are easier egg appetizers, the friends. Simply cut hard-boiled eggs in half, and top with beautiful fresh toppings.
So simple, right? Why complicate things when we don't need to?

If you do not have an Pressure-cooker or other pressure cooker, you can make the hardboiled eggs with the traditional stovetop method. Then continue with the remaining steps.Nutrition
