  • 8 ounces Neufchatel cheese, softened to room temperature



  • ¼ cup finely grated carrots



  • 3 Tablespoons finely diced celery



  • 1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon finely chopped chives



  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest plus 1 Tablespoon lemon juice



  • 1 teaspoon dill



  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
