10 Barrel Brewing
NW Portland | American/Brewpub | Salads, Sandwiches, Burgers, Pizza

10 Barrel Brewing began as a passion project among three friends in Bend, Oregon, back in 2006. Since then, it has evolved into one of the most recognizable and respected beer brands in the Pacific Northwest.
Their brewpub in Portland’s Pearl District stands out with one of the city’s few rooftop bars, making it a coveted destination during the summer months. The restaurant also caters to families, providing a welcoming atmosphere and a diverse menu with kid-friendly options.
We suggest starting with their flavorful Salmon Cakes, prepared with Alaskan Sockeye salmon. Follow it up with the Pesto Chicken Sando, featuring creamy goat cheese and perfectly grilled chicken thighs. Both pair beautifully with a hoppy Hazy Trail IPA or their classic Pilsner.
Hours: Mon – Sun: 11am to 11pm
Address: 1411 NW Flanders St, Portland, OR 97209

Come for the unforgettable lobster agnolotti, and stay for the overall warm and inviting atmosphere that permeates the restaurant and lingers long after you leave.
If you’re in search of authentic Italian food in Portland, A Cena is a must-visit. Their signature agnolotti, gnocchi, and tagliatelle are consistently exceptional. Beyond the pasta dishes, you’ll discover robust lamb entrees, succulent scallops, and freshly caught trout.
A Cena is an ideal setting for a romantic date night, an enjoyable evening with friends, celebrating anniversaries or birthdays (I’ve personally celebrated mine here!). This neighborhood Italian restaurant consistently delivers a delightful and satisfying dining experience.

Allora
NW Portland | Italian | Pastas, Salads, Italian Wine

Allora is a charming and intimate Italian cafe situated on the corner of NW 9th and Glisan Street in Portland’s Pearl District. The restaurant features a loft-style upper level and a welcoming outdoor patio on 9th Avenue.
The service at Allora is consistently warm and friendly, and the food is just as comforting. The Rigatoni Pomodoro e Prosciutto is exceptionally rich and creamy, and the Spaghetti Carbonara earned a special double thumbs-up from our son, who is quite the Carbonara aficionado.
You’ll find a curated selection of reasonably priced Italian wines available by the glass or bottle. Don’t miss out on the luscious Nutella Tiramisu for dessert!
This cozy neighborhood eatery is perfect for catching up with friends. The interior can be a bit lively, so it might not be the ideal setting for a highly intimate date, as tables are positioned relatively close to one another. However, the atmosphere is undeniably fun, warm, and vibrant, with fantastic Italian fare.
HOURS: Daily, 4 – 10pm
Address: 504 NW 9th Avenue, Portland, OR 97209

A creative cocktail menu further enhances the dining experience.
The flavors are bright and fresh, the atmosphere is welcoming and warm, with comfortable seating options, and the hospitality is outstanding. If you haven’t yet experienced Andina, our recommendation is simple: GO!
