When dining out, I often choose dishes that I wouldn’t typically prepare at home. While I have a fondness for oysters, I prefer to leave their preparation to the expertise of restaurant chefs.

At Marché, the Cornmeal Fried Willapa Bay Oysters ($15) exceeded all expectations. Served with a zesty rémoulade sauce and a refreshing mesclun salad, this dish is an excellent choice for a filling and slightly upscale lunch.
