The kitchenette is equipped with essentials such as a sink, a compact refrigerator, a microwave, and a Nespresso coffee maker, allowing guests the flexibility to enjoy local provisions or prepare light meals. The living room, furnished with a full couch, inviting armchairs, and a flat-screen TV, quickly became our favorite spot to savor morning coffee and pastries sourced from a local bakery, enjoying the peaceful start to our day.

Their rosé also proved to be a delightful revelation – a truly wonderful summer sipper, crisp and refreshing. The Smith-Story tasting room at The Madrones welcomes guests from 12 pm to 5 pm on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, extending its hours to 12 pm to 6 pm on Fridays, making it an accessible and enjoyable stop during your stay.
While the Drew Family Cellars tasting room was closed during our specific visit, we were fortunate enough to experience their acclaimed wines at the vibrant Anderson Valley Pinot Noir Festival. It was there that we discovered their exceptional Pinot Noir “Fog-eater,” a truly remarkable vintage that left a lasting impression. We instantly regretted not having purchased a bottle to bring home, a testament to its memorable quality.
