Can We use a different base for fruit pizza?

If you don't want to make or use a sugar cookie base for this tasty recipe, you could make a graham cracker crust or a shortbread crust. The graham cracker crust would create a much thinner fruit pizza, while the shortbread crust would create a thicker pizza.
